Support "Short Term Cap Gain Reinvest" and "Long Term Cap Gain Reinvest" - #25

Order the tests to align with the statement so that it is easier to figure out what part of the statement a test is verifying.
There were a couple of scenarios that didn't have a test.
Despite the name, these are not the actual reinvestment transactions but rather the income transaction. These usually come paired with a separate "Reinvest Shares" transaction that represents the corresponding purchase.

Also reorganize the tests so that it is easier to see which test corresponds to which statement line.
This feature was originally submitted by rtsai #24, but in order to refactor the tests first I created a separate PR.
