- Release CLI 2.30.0 with SDK 0.30.0 and migrate session, agent, and environment API contracts.
- Enforce CLI 2.X.Y / SDK 0.X.Y with exact dependencies and checked release tags.
- Validation: typecheck, tests, bundle build, compiled binary, and version mismatch checks pass.
