Enable environments module error

I have an Elsa Studio application. I add the Environments module.

Elsa Server app configurations;

Elsa Studio app configurations;

but it does not work, EnvironmentPicker is not filled.

Resolved via #1042 (#1039) — Environments finished on real IBackendApiClientProvider; LoadEnvironmentsStartupTask registered so the picker can fill.
