fix: improve frontend i18n and mobile wallet UX

Changes

• update locale switching to use next-intl navigation so text updates consistently without a full page refresh
• improve dashboard card, chart, and payments table responsiveness for narrow mobile screens
• add clearer wallet connection errors, pending states, and accessibility affordances for wallet selection flows
• make local builds tolerate missing next-pwa resolution so verification can continue in constrained environments

Testing

• npm.cmd run lint
• git diff --check
• npm.cmd run build (timed out locally after environment/dependency constraints, so this still needs CI confirmation)
