[TC-066] Refine terminal-to-vessel startup animation

Summary

• remove the colored icon field and complete the vessel before the wordmark
• reveal TermFleet letter by letter without weight or sharpness changes
• add reduced-motion and frame-by-frame regression coverage

Verification

• npx playwright test tests/app-shell.spec.ts tests/startup-splash.spec.ts
• npm run build
• dense 0–1200ms rendered-frame review passed

Closing as redundant: TC-066 commit 0008ed4 is already contained in current origin/main. The focused startup regressions and production build passed; the PR-only Playwright failures came from the branch predating the latest map fixes.
