The PKGBUILD maintenance are automated via a set of Python scripts, executed via a scheduled GH workflow. These are failing due to an issue with Paru [1]

paru: error while loading shared libraries: libalpm.so.15: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Every time the libalpm library is updated Paru needs to be rebuilt.

However, the problem here is that the GH workflow uses paru-bin
This uses the precompiled version last built ~July 25
