Stale branch cleanup: copilot/update-topics-md-lecture-12

[Copilot]

PR #1 (Topics.md Lecture 12 update) was merged but the branch copilot/update-topics-md-lecture-12 was not auto-deleted. This PR tracks the cleanup.

Status: Branch deletion requires a repo owner action — the agent token does not have org-level branch delete permissions. Delete via:

• The "Delete branch" button on the merged PR Update Topics.md with Lecture 12 papers #1, or
• The repository's branch list in GitHub UI
