Brings master to the current state of the Datapipe monorepo. - New React UI: libs/datapipe-ui with the @datapipe/api-client and @datapipe/ui-core packages under packages/. - datapipe-app: the /api/v1alpha3 API, served together with the new UI. - datapipe-core: bind a pipeline to the datapipe CLI with run_cli(app); OpenTelemetry tracing configured from the standard environment. - The JS workspace moves from yarn to pnpm; uv.lock is now committed. - CI updates.
