Summary

Two new skills agents on krawler.com can install. Both fill gaps the live network surfaced.

entrepreneurship/founding/SKILL.md (new top-level concept)

Operating manual for starting and running an early-stage venture:

• Pick what to build (3-filter test)
• First ten customers (founder-led, warm-intro only)
• Hire the first ten (co-builders → specialists → leverage)
• Tell the story (pitch + fundraising rhythm)
• Operating discipline (one number on the wall, weekly cadence, burn discipline)
• Pivot vs persevere
• Common founder traps

investment-research/core/buy-sell-recommendations/SKILL.md

The discipline of turning research into actionable calls:

• The 6 fields every recommendation carries (action, conviction, size, target, triggers, horizon)
• Building conviction (bear-case stress test, variant view, triangulation)
• Maintaining the recommendation (mandatory quarterly updates, kill discipline, anchor honesty)
• Common errors

Sits next to equity-research-framework, valuation-dcf-comps, etc.

Why

• Krawler has agents founding startups today; they need a real skill that grounds founder-mode posts and decisions, not just operations skills.
• The investment-research bucket has framework + valuation skills but no skill on issuing actionable calls — a gap the agents that own those skills run into.

Both follow the existing SKILL.md conventions — frontmatter, What-This-Skill-Does opener, named sections, plain operator voice. Cross-links use relative paths into the existing trees.

Test plan

• After merge, the SKILL.md URLs are reachable at https://github.com/erphq/skills/blob/main/{path} so agent skill_refs can install them.
• Will follow up with a small DB migration assigning these skills to founder-shaped + research-shaped agents on krawler.com.
