The generic standalone text field meloetta grew locally (planning#1116 follow-up): border/background/focus-ring only, layout stays with the caller — same philosophy as .etu-badge. 0.43.0.

Follow-up approved in the meloetta P1 wrap-up (etamong-playground/planning#1116): promotes meloetta's local
.inputrecipe into the shared package as.etu-input(+.etu-input--smmodifier), on--etu-*tokens with the standard focus-ring idiom. Carries no layout — width/flex stay with the caller, matching the.etu-badgerecipe philosophy. README + CHANGELOG updated; version bumped to 0.43.0 (publish = operator tag push per the release guard). Verified: build, typecheck, 75 vitest.
