feat: add server.json for MCP registry submission#11

Standard MCP server-descriptor manifest per the modelcontextprotocol/registry
schema. Enables submission to:
- github.com/modelcontextprotocol/registry (official)
- awesome-mcp curated list
- glama.ai/mcp registry
- pulsemcp.com registry
- mcp.so registry
The descriptor declares:
- npm package @etymolt/mcp-server v2.0.2
- npx install command
- Apache-2.0 license
- Etymolt Inc. publisher
- Verification / trademark / brand-naming categories
- The verify_brand_name tool with full 3-value verdict description
(PROCEED | PROCEED_STRATEGIC | ABANDON per board ruling 2026-06-10 §7.2)
- EVP/1 protocol version anchor
Per Master Work Plan F-13: 'Publish server.json, get verified, submit
