Note

Increases default parallelism for evaluations and rollouts, with minor code cleanups.

• Bumps max_concurrent_rollouts (8→96) and max_concurrent_evaluations (64→96) in evaluation_test.
• Simplifies use_priority_scheduler boolean and reformats related micro-batch buffer setup.
• Minor formatting/line-wrapping in async eval execution and task creation; no functional changes beyond new defaults.
