Add first version of jobset (only works on Windows)

First version of a jobset to generate production files for our PCB.

Only working on Windows, need to add the script to compress the archive at the end for Linux.

Require to add a text variable REV to define board revision : https://docs.kicad.org/9.0/fr/eeschema/eeschema.html#text-variables.
The variable can be use when filling the canvas using ${REV}

Kicad will soon release a patch that REVISION variable will be accessible by the jobset.

.log files (generated by the jobset) are now excluded in the gitignore.
