I would love, love, love! if you did more exposition on the package itself and how it is useful. Particularly because people talk about how R can't be used for ML (wrong!) and this is an R package that uses the very same tokenizers as OpenAI. That is AWESOME. Boast about it!

@JosiahParry, I've included a bigger section about another cool use-case and addressed most of the open points.
The only part open is the cover image.

Otherwise I think this is good to merge.
