Public API specs for the FAPI auto-parts platform — OEM cross-references, vehicle applicability, and parts lookup.
Register at id.iisis.ru and issue a key on the "Keys" page of your account. A new account starts on a trial package of credits, granted once. The Catalog API repo shows the first request.
VIN decoding is billed to a prepaid balance of its own, not to the trial package.
