[BUG]: User without own content cannot see shared folder

Describe the bug

A new user that receives a folder share from another user but has no content of their own, never sees the shared folder.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have UserA with lots of content.
2. Create new UserB (no content).
3. UserA shares folder of checklists with UserB.
4. UserB receives a notification that they received a share.
5. Neither clicking on the notification, nor refreshing shows anything.
6. As soon as UserB creates an own Checklist, the shared folder also appears.

I wonder if this was also to do with the sed fix, not at my laptop anymore but I can test tomorrow on a clean latest version Vs develop
