Atendendo a sugestão, refiz a tela de loading utilizando uma lib chamada react-loader-spinner e implementei um load no formato de TailSpin. Visualmente, ficou muito melhor! No print da tela do carregamento não vai dar pra ver girando, mas está funcionando tudo certinho. o/
Aproveitei para usar um linter e formatar o código do header.tsx para colocar no padrão do Tailwind.
