Changes Made

  • Added PUT endpoint to GoalController.cs to update goals
  • Added GoalControllerTests for GetForUser and Put
  • Fixed net6.0 to net8.0 in CommBank.Tests.csproj

Testing

All 12 tests passing. Verified emoji persists after browser refresh using Postman.
