The safe evaluation ledger now includes PR #125’s merge commit and successful main CI run before the next infrastructure branch begins. Infrastructure acceptance remains unset, V4 remains unrepresentable in schema v1, and V1–V3 evidence is unchanged.
Validation: Agent Journal 230 tests passed; coverage thresholds,
npm run check:ci, package build/leak scan, specdocs validation, and three independent reconciliation/privacy/integrity reviews passed with no blockers.
