Implements the underlying engine for stat growth: persistent DB columns for individual stats, +2 points awarded on level-up, and updated Companion types. Note: In line with the 'Lean MCP' philosophy, this PR provides the persistent storage foundation but does not add an MCP tool for allocation; management is handled via the buddy-spec OpenClaw skill.
