Context
Currently when calculating flame length in Kitral model we consider the surface rate of spread and Byram intensity.
Problem
Flame lengths differ greatly when there's crown fire so results are not accurate when simulation crown fires.
Expected result
Crown intensity and flame length should be calcualted using the appropriate formula that considers crown ROS and canopy height.
When simulating crown fires with Kitral, if the user wishes to output flame length and/or intensity, the app should output:
- Surface flame length
- Crown flame length
- Maximum flame length (max betweeen surface and crown for each cell)
- Surface Intensity
- Crown intensity
- Maximum intensity (max betweeen surface and crown for each cell)
