Wind direction is now measured as the direction from which the wind blows, with a north wind being 0⁰ and east wind 90⁰, following the international standard.
- Meteo functions should be updated to reflect this change, wind direction incoming from official weather sources no longer need to be transformed.
- Provide functions so users of c2f-w can update their previous weather files into the new standard
