feat(platform): add the coding-hub platform - #2713

Registers Flamingo Coding Hub (coding-hub.flamingo.so) in PlatformName, the platform-domain registry, the identity tables and its ODS palette block. Its accent is white on black: a new text-primary stem (system-greys-white), with the ODS black as the secondary. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
