Both adopted the in-place failover and the startup relay exclusion (ezvpn v0.0.47, flextunnel v0.0.76); the watchdog is gone everywhere. flextunnel keeps its client-side rebuildable endpoint as its own code. ezvpn v0.0.47 (flexaccessdev/ezvpn#62) and flextunnel v0.0.76 (flexaccessdev/flextunnel#99) took flexaccess-iroh v0.0.8: in-place failover plus the startup relay exclusion; the watchdog is gone in every program. Update their rows, and note that flextunnel's client-side rebuildable endpoint is now its own code.
