- build dmg in release workflow
- no secrets still produces ad-hoc dmg
- with secrets it signs + notarize
- scripts/package-dmg.sh: build .app + create drag-to-Applications DMG\n- assets/dmg-background.png: dark trading aesthetic DMG background\n- assets/icon.icns: app icon\n- Support ad-hoc (local) and Developer ID (release) signing + notarization\n- Update README with macOS packaging instructions\n- macos-arm and macos-x64 build jobs now also produce .dmg files\n- imports Apple signing certificate into a temporary keychain when provided\n- stores notarization credentials as a notarytool keychain profile\n- package-dmg.sh uses SIGNING_IDENTITY, DMG_SIGNING_IDENTITY, and NOTARY_PROFILE\n- DMG artifacts are uploaded to releases and included in SHA256SUMS
