Summary
#22 merged the specta 2.0.0-rc.25 bump (Rust + TS) without a changeset, so the canary publish pipeline won't pick it up. This PR adds the missing changeset.
The single
.mdfile is sufficient --@changesets/assemble-release-planfilters new.mdfiles againstpre.json.changesets(which is a "consumed" log, not a "to-process" list), so the nextchangeset versionrun will pick this up automatically and append the entry topre.json.
