Why

The published demo completes successfully, but a qualified user must scroll to the bottom of the README to discover the assisted real-failure pilot. The current adoption milestone needs independent workflows, not more maintainer demos.

What changed

Add one compact handoff immediately after the demo output. It asks for the public repository license, revision, exact reproduction command, and target failure signal, and states that no ReproMin installation is required.

No CLI behavior, release artifact, or community form changed.

Verification

  • python3 scripts/check_docs.py -> passed (48 Markdown files)
  • focused community/documentation tests -> 19 passed
  • published v0.1.0.dev11 wheel demo -> completed a verified 3-to-2-file reduction in about 5 seconds
  • git diff --check -> passed

Disclosure

Prepared with material OpenAI Codex assistance and maintainer review. Documentation-only; no security behavior changed.
