Mention hyperfido pro mini authenticator

@daeMOn63, This mentions the HyperFIDO Pro Mini authenticator (amazon buy link) in the README and the need to have Administrator privileges when running on Windows.

This device seems to support the wink command, but it only does a single brief led blink, way faster then the normal blinking that the device automatically does when we call MakeCredential; so I'm not sure if that classifies as having Wink support.

Also, I do not known what to put in the Version column. Where do I get the version from?

For the wink support, it's probably best to rely on the CapabilityWink of the device, which must be set in the Init: https://github.com/flynn/u2f/blob/webauthn/u2fhid/hid.go#L259

On the note field, it might be helpful to also mention the lack of support of the CredentialDescriptor.Transports field on this device. I will rework a bit this table once this branch gets merged to retest and add a ctap1/ctap2 support column for all devices.
