docs(stow): document restow needed for new files in stowed packages#35
Merged
Conversation
Adding a file to an already-stowed package does not auto-link it; the symlink appears only after 'stow --restow'. This was only noted inside the OMP adoption steps; promote it to a general subsection so it applies to every package.
