Truncate text, remove inter import

Description

This pull request adds minor CSS fixes to the Google Sheets plugin.

1. Removes the unnecessary Inter font import, which was causing a warning to be logged when running the pack command.
2. Adds text truncation to column names + adds a title to the buttons for hover tooltip with full name.
