Install podman, fuse-overlayfs, slirp4netns, and uidmap in the container image with rootless storage config. The --podman flag adds the required runtime privileges (--device /dev/fuse, label=disable, unmask=ALL). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
