First and most likely final release.

This Config.exe only looks for GTR.exe in the same directory and launches it. It does not make any configuration changes to config.ini, these have to be made manually.

Make a backup of the original Config.exe in SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTR - FIA GT Raceing Game and replace with this version.
