Check your oasdiff Pro setup end to end, without opening a pull request or posting a comment. Run it manually from the Actions tab (workflow_dispatch) and it reports, as a Step Summary checklist, whether the workflow ran, your OASDIFF_TOKEN authenticated, the oasdiff GitHub App is installed on the repo, and your spec paths resolve. It is read-only: no PR comment, no commit status, so it is safe to run anytime.

When the service reports a repo-limit condition, the pr-comment action surfaces a warning annotation with an upgrade link and a Step Summary note instead of a raw error that fails the run.
