Version bump across the seven version files, the six packaging templates and the GUI lockfile; CHANGELOG heading renamed to
## [0.3.4](date and link go on after the tag, per docs/PUBLISHING.md); site release summary for v0.3.4.Local gate on this branch:
cargo fmt --check,cargo clippy --all-targets -D warnings,cargo test --allandcargo auditall pass. Not run locally: the pcap clippy (no Npcap SDK here) and the GUI npm gate (no node_modules in this worktree); CI covers both.
