Release headings use " - " before the date; changelog.astro, site/scripts/changelog-dates.mjs and scripts/release-notes.mjs all accept either. Prose rewritten with the smallest change that removes the mark; sentences without one are untouched, and colons that end a line before a list, or sit inside code and URLs, stay.

Release headings move from
—to-before the date. The three parsers (changelog.astro,site/scripts/changelog-dates.mjs,scripts/release-notes.mjs) already accept either;release-notes.mjs v0.3.4still builds the 0.3.4 notes from this file.Prose is rewritten with the smallest change that removes each mark. Sentences without one are byte-identical. The one remaining finder hit is a colon inside a code span that wraps across two lines.
Conflicts with #502 and #503 are expected in the 0.3.4 section; those two entries are already written without these marks.
