docs(onboarding): add first v1.1 starter wave

What changed

• add first-wave starter env files for SWE-AF, paperclip, ship-faster, LangChain, and LangGraph
• surface those starters in Integrations and Onboarding docs
• extend the onboarding report with first-wave framework hints and stable client-header guidance

Why

• v1.1 should turn the AI-native matrix into concrete starter paths
• this wave focuses on requested clients plus two of the highest-fit larger frameworks
• keeping the integrations OpenAI-compatible preserves the gateway-first shape
