FLUX.2 is available on OpenRouter again, so switch the image-tier default from the proprietary google/gemini-3.1-flash-image to black-forest-labs/flux.2-pro: best-in-class quality, open-weight (aligns with the OSS migration goal), and cheaper/more-predictable per-MP pricing. Runtime-overridable via ai.model.image. No test changes needed — no test hardcodes the slug; the image-gen tests assert echoed sentinels, not the default. Operators using OpenRouter key guardrails must allow black-forest-labs/flux.2-pro. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Mirrors master #21 onto community: image-tier default → black-forest-labs/flux.2-pro. On deploy, demo.gablelbm.com uses FLUX.2 Pro for product images (operators must allow the FLUX slug on their OpenRouter key).
