…ckup Both tracks (A=AI→OpenRouter, R=routing→OpenRouteService) are shipped to master + community and live on demo, incl. async FLUX.2 Pro image gen, the runtime ORS key (Tech Admin → Routing), and the dispatch Optimize button. - oss-migration-handoff.md: rewritten from a pre-implementation two-thread plan into a close-out record — TL;DR landed state, open items (real-ORS test, secret rotation, manual deploy), how each piece works/operates, and the master↔community migration-number divergence. Original kickoff prompts kept under a <details> for history. - oss-migration-plan.md: status banner → IMPLEMENTED + as-built deltas. - production-external-services-roadmap.md: fix future-dated async note. - CLAUDE.md: add a short "External services are OSS-migrated" subsection so future sessions discover the OpenRouter/ORS stack and its gotchas.
