Backup can't be completed and force closes

I have iphone 17 pro max and I have 900+ photos to backup. I selected all photos the it got stuck exactly at 500+ photos then it force closes. After opening again it will close again.

can you try 0.3.6? if the app keeps closing on the same photo or video it now moves that one to the end of the queue, and if it closes on it again it skips it and keeps going with the rest (you can retry it later from the activity tab, it says why it was skipped).

if it still closes, open it again and go to settings → support → create diagnostic report → generate report → share or save report and attach the txt here. it shows what the app was doing when it closed and how much memory it had. if you turn on settings → privacy & security → analytics & improvements → share with app developers, the report also includes the crash from ios (usually shows up about a day later)

@iamjhe08 any luck on 0.3.6? the crash-loop guard in it should move a photo that keeps taking the app down to the end of the queue and then skip it rather than getting stuck on it.

if it's still force closing, settings → support → create diagnostic report → generate report → share or save report, and attach the txt here. otherwise i'll close this in a week or so as fixed in 0.3.6.
