[Feature Request] Add better backup controls

For example, options to:

• Set a maximum amount of data to upload per day.
• Upload only when the iPhone is charging.
• Set a minimum battery percentage for uploads.
• Schedule automatic backups for specific times or days.

It would be useful to combine these settings so users can control backups based on their battery, charging status, network, upload limits, and preferred schedule.

0.3.6 has a back up photos action in shortcuts, so some of this you can already do with automations: turn automatic backup off and add an automation for charger connected (so it only starts when you plug in) or time of day (for a schedule). shortcuts app → automation → new automation → charger / time of day → run immediately → add back up photos. you can check when it ran in settings → shortcuts.

battery % and a daily data limit aren't there yet, keeping this open for those
