CLAUDE.md contradicted itself: line 5 said 5 measurable pillars while line 140 said 6 measured pillars and line 156 counted 8 evaluators as '6 pillars + design-director + persona'. SKILL.md and scoring.md are unambiguous — 5 pillars scored /20 (5 x 4). The slop evaluator is the 8th agent file but returns a severity band, not a pillar score, so counting it as a 6th pillar was the error. Also refreshed the scanner line: 25 -> 26 slop patterns, and personas are vision-first now (page-relevant subset, not all 8 every run).
