Summary

  • add the supplementary F9T Base Sepolia deployment and reproduction path against the validated official Uniswap v4 infrastructure
  • reproduce the canonical Standby A1–A4 lifecycle on a public testnet without changing accepted protocol semantics or pinned dependencies
  • add Base Sepolia infrastructure preflight, official-periphery integration, deployment/bootstrap/action scripts, and supporting tests
  • preserve public deployment evidence, selected Foundry broadcast records, source-verification evidence, and Session 21 reasoning/log artifacts
  • add a safe .env.example and Base Sepolia reproduction documentation
  • close F9T as COMPLETE with G9T PASS

Verification

  • G9T: PASS
  • F9T: COMPLETE
  • forge fmt --check: clean
  • forge build: success
  • forge lint: no findings in new/changed Solidity
  • default profile: 603/603 tests passing
  • CI profile: 603/603 tests passing
  • canonical acceptance: 11/11 passing
  • pinned Uniswap v4 dependency baseline unchanged
  • Base Sepolia A1–A4 lifecycle successfully reproduced
  • Standby-owned Base Sepolia contracts source verified

Scope

F9T is supplementary, post-submission, and off the judged-project critical path.

The deterministic Anvil environment remains the canonical judged acceptance environment.

F0–F10 and all previously closed gates remain unchanged. F9T introduces no new Standby economics, protocol semantics, or production-readiness claim.
