- Introduces karney.py containing Karney's geodesic algorithms for the ellipsoid and associated test functions
- Karney's algorithms are more robust than Vincenty's algorithm, particularly for near-antipodal points and nearly-equatorial lines
- Adds additional functions in nvector.py based on Gade, K. (2010) and associated test functions
