Mirrors enterprise#2120 — three review follow-ups on the README:

  1. Telemetry — "single anonymous startup heartbeat" replaced with "at most once per machine every 7 days" (matches the actual platform stamp gate + Rust SDK behaviour).
  2. OpenClaw callout — drops the time-sensitive "currently most-installed" + "80+ policies" claims; keeps the substantive coverage list.
  3. Integration Options SDK list — adds Rust (preview) so it matches the intro on L7.
