Release gate for v1.3.0 failed: #107 added
@getpipher/armory-gateway: file:../armory-gatewayas a dev dependency; ci.yml got a sibling-clone step, release.yml didn't →pnpm install --frozen-lockfileENOENT on the runner (scandir .../armory-gateway).Mirrors the ci.yml step verbatim (SIBLINGS_PAT secret, verified present). CI-only change — no package code. After merge: re-tag v1.3.0 at the new main head and re-run the release.
