Feature Request: Inkling support

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest code. Mention the version if possible as well.
• I carefully followed the README.md.
• I searched using keywords relevant to my issue to make sure that I am creating a new issue that is not already open (or closed).
• I reviewed the Discussions, and have a new and useful enhancement to share.

Feature Description

Support TML's Inkling models.

Motivation

• Inkling is one of the most powerful multimodal models available.
• Inkling's TML provenance is more acceptable to many western organisations than many of the competing models
• There is a PR, but there is no corresponding feature request. I feel the feature request should be recorded too, even if the PR is proceeding. If the PR fails to land, this ticket should exist to act as the driving need regardless.
