README.md still said CSV files should use ';' delimiter, and the KiCad BOM export script (tools/gitplm_bom.py) still used ';'. Both updated to use ',' to match the v0.6.1 breaking change.
Downloads the latest release binary from GitHub and replaces the current executable. Use with: gitplm -update
