Claude OAuth forwarding preserves the complete combined system context instead of truncating it to 400 characters.

Verification

• Full ReRouted test suite passed.
• Regression proves early and late system instructions survive OAuth request shaping.
• 1Helm live-local validation received the complete 9,936-token handoff context through Claude Fable 5.1.
