We have updated the checkout-js codebase to bring it inline with the bigcommerce checkout-js codebase. This is in a new repo due to the substantial project structure changes that happened in the bigcommerce repo since the original repo was forked.

The reason why this was done is to bring the version of @bigcommerce/checkout-sdk up to date as the old version was causing issues with customer payments in some cases. Updating the sdk version without updating the project structure was significantly more work. Additionally matching the new structure should make keeping it up to date substantially easier.

All past a/b testing changes have been integrated with the new codebase.

Could you please replicate the changes from this pr in https://github.com/gladeye/checkout-js-v2 It should be a fairly straight forward process.
