Summary

Lowercases the auto-update workflow commit-message / title from OpenAPI → openapi so commitlint subject-case passes.
Prevents the next scheduled type-regen PR from failing the same CI check as chore: auto-update OpenAPI generated types #49.

Confirm echo 'chore: auto-update openapi generated types' | npx commitlint passes locally
After merge, either re-run the Update OpenAPI types workflow or amend chore: auto-update OpenAPI generated types #49's commit subject to the new casing so that PR is unblocked
